How we make it

Custom metal manufacturing in-house

One factory handles the full process — from roll forming and CNC punching to robotic welding, laser cutting, automated powder coating with a 860 m line, wood grain transfer, laser engraving and laser upright welding.

Roll Forming16+ lines forming continuous profiles in steel of 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 mm thickness, so a single line covers light to heavy shelving sections. Steel coil is fed continuously through successive roll sets, each changing the section a little further so the profile develops gradually along the line rather than being shaped in one pass.
