What is the minimum quantity I can order?
MOQ depends on the item and the level of customization. For standard shelving and shop fittings we typically start at 50-100 units per model, and for fully custom or private-label projects the minimum is confirmed once the drawing and material specification are fixed. Send us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ for that item.
Do you offer product mock-ups before actual production?
Yes. Before production we provide 3D renderings and, on request, a physical sample or pre-production prototype of the shelving, checkout counter or trolley. Samples are quoted case by case, and the sample cost is normally deducted from the bulk order once it is placed.
Can I customize my packaging?
Yes. We can customize the outer carton and inner packing, including your logo, product name, model number, handling marks, barcode and shipping marks. Export packing uses five-layer corrugated cartons; tell us your carton artwork or marking requirements and we will fit them into the production schedule.
What methods do you use to maintain enduring printing quality?
Printing quality is maintained with UV-cured inks and multi-layer clear coating on printed panels, and with powder coating on metal parts. Every production batch is checked for color consistency, adhesion and abrasion before packing, so the finish stays sharp through transport and long in-store use.
